Along with being involved in numerous property acquisitions and dispositions, she played an instrumental role in developing and implementing Fairfield's third-party vendor compliance program. She also formulated standards for utility billing and telecom that have been implemented nationally. Most recently, she is focusing on telecom management. Corder's responsibilities include negotiating and managing video, internet and voice marketing and/or access agreements with providers as well as construction projects for the entire Fairfield portfolio. She also manages the company's resident electric-car-charging initiative, negotiates small cell and cell tower leases with cellular carriers, and investigates and manages cell-reception solutions deployed on new construction projects. President and CEO, Business Innovation and Growth Cox is president and CEO of Business Innovation and Growth, a high-growth entrepreneurial support organization for the Charlotte region that has served more than 500 companies since 2006. She is also executive director of Gaston Innovation Group, which runs TechWorks, a new organization supporting economic growth in Gaston County. He has deep experience leading teams in technology, network operations, product development and general management. Over his 21-year career, Craft has held executive roles for national, regional and internationally focused service providers, including Deutsche Telekom AG, Ritter Communications, Telia AB, and 360networks, where he was responsible for profit and loss of global managed service portfolios generating up to $3 billion annually. Eric Cramer President and CEO Wilkes Communications and RiverStreet Networks Cramer has more than 20 years of industry experience. He began his career as a consultant with John Staurulakis, Inc., where he worked with numerous rural ILECs on financial and regulatory matters from 1996 to 2005. At Wilkes Communications, he initiated a complete change in management and growth strategy and oversees the launch of new product lines. He has most recently overseen multiple strategic acquisitions and an extensive growth initiative in the state through the establishment of multiple public-private partnerships. Cramer has a BSBA in finance from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, an M.S. in telecom and technology management and an MBA from the University of Maryland.
