Prior to joining Lennar, Acker worked as director of Resident Technology Services for RealPage, Inc., responsible for negotiating all service provider agreements for RealPage clients. He spent 10 years with Forest City Enterprises, Inc., overseeing Forest City initiatives to implement building infrastructure for service provider and in-house requirements, negotiating service provider agreements, and adding input for wireless coverage, building security, building access control and digital signage. Scott Andersen Vice President, Business Development Latch Andersen is based at Latch headquarters in New York City, where he leads sales, distribution, and industry partnerships. Latch manufactures smart access hardware and software for multifamily communities. With Latch, residents open all doors with their smartphones, building operators manage all doors digitally from the web, and both can share access to their space with trusted visitors and third parties. Prior to joining Latch, Scott advised leading companies and governments on growth and business strategy as a management consultant with the Boston Consulting Group. Kathleen Austin Assistant Vice President Equity Residential Austin leads a team responsible for negotiating, implementing and managing initiatives to increase Equity Residential's ancillary revenue. Areas of responsibility include revenue partnerships with cable and telephone companies, renter's insurance, common-area laundry services and other service providers. Prior to joining the revenue team at Equity, Austin spent seven years as in-house counsel for Equity, working in a variety of areas, including revenue, procurement, IT and corporate housing. She holds a B.S. and a J.D. from Indiana University, Bloomington. Will Aycock General Manager, Greenlight Community Broadband Wilson, North Carolina Aycock is responsible for the management and oversight of all Greenlight and information technology operations. He also supervises the management of the Unified Communications Center. He has worked with the City of Wilson since 2001 and has been part of the Greenlight team since launch in 2008. Aycock previously served as operations manager, assistant director of ITS, GIS manager and GIS coordinator for the City of Wilson. He is a graduate of both Appalachian State and East Carolina Universities and holds Municipal Administration and Government Chief Information Officer certificates from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
