In 2018, the FCC announced that Wisper ISP had won $220.3 million in federal funding in the FCC's rural broadband auction, one of 103 providers from across the country to win financial support. Stooke earned his undergraduate degree and his MBA from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. He is a well-respected business leader in the St. Louis area and was selected one of the Top 100 St. Louisans to Know by the St. Louis Small Business Monthly. Dave Sumi Vice President of Marketing Siklu Sumi possesses a powerful combination of technical knowledge, international marketing savvy, expertise in strategic marketing and business development, and wide-ranging experience in wireless from Wi-Fi to small cells to 5G. With a degree in physics from the Georgia Institute of Technology, he is able to comprehend at a fundamental level the core values of the technologies being promoted, analyze how they fit the marketplace and develop strategies for driving them into the market. Kristy Szabo Director of Consulting Vantage Point Szabo has more than 20 years of experience in business finance. She has performed valuations on ILEC and CLEC operations, wireless operations, and CATV systems and executed financial analyses, financial forecasts, budgets and feasibility studies. Her work has included the RUS Broadband and Traditional Loan programs and the RUS Community Connect Grant program. Szabo worked directly with the FCC's auction system during several spectrum auctions, actively bidding for several clients, filing FCC Short Form Applications and filing both FCC Forms 601 and 602 for winning clients. She also helped secure grant funds for clients to build broadband networks in unserved and underserved areas under the Minnesota Border-to-Border Grant Program, the New NY Broadband Grant Program, and the Wisconsin Broadband Expansion Grant Program. Szabo earned her B.A. in accounting from Dakota Wesleyan University. J. Kirk Taylor Attorney J. Kirk Taylor Law, PLLC Taylor is an experienced telecom, technology and real estate operations attorney with extensive in-house and law firm experience. After co-founding and practicing as a partner in a boutique law firm focusing on telecommunications, he branched out to concentrate on other technologies and craft innovative agreements for his real estate clients, such as agreements for package locker systems, software licensing and support, home and property automation, and EV charging stations. He understands risk management and insurance concepts and their application to real estate operations and uses his in-house counsel experience to understand clients' perspectives and to focus on business goals and objectives to be accomplished while negotiating and managing risks. Taylor graduated magna cum laude from the University of Houston Law Center with a doctorate in jurisprudence and magna cum laude from Texas Tech University with a bachelor's in architecture.
