Ohle is a leading expert in economic mobility at both the federal and state levels and was recently selected as one of 40 Under 40 Rising Stars in economic development internationally. RCAP is a national nonprofit focused on access to water, economic development and capacity building for rural communities across the country. Ohle served the Obama administration as a senior adviser at the U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA), overseeing policy and external affairs. He also served as the lead for the U.S. Department of Commerce on the White House Rural Council and the administration-wide Community Solutions team, leading the engagement in place-based initiatives across the Department of Commerce. He has served on several nonprofit boards and is an active volunteer in the community. He earned two bachelor's degrees from Michigan State University. Georgianna W. Oliver Founder and CEO Tour24 Georgianna W. Oliver is the founder of Tour24, whose software enables self-guided tours of apartments. She is a serial entrepreneur and corporate executive who has built several businesses in the apartment space. These include EverGreen Solutions and AptBudget, both sold to RealPage Inc., and Package Concierge, which sold in 2017 to Gibraltar Industries Inc. Her passion for turning roadblocks into efficiencies has resulted in a 19-year track record of building and launching successful businesses fueled by innovation. Her impact on the multifamily industry can be measured by a variety of metrics, but the one that matters to her is making the lives of the people who live and work in these communities better. In addition to her role as founder of Tour24, she serves as an executive for Gibraltar Industries and oversees the growth and management of Package Concierge. Oliver serves on the Multifamily Technology Entrepreneur Conference Advisory Board and is an Advisory Committee member of National Multifamily Housing Council. She is also the founding board member of the National Leased Housing Association Education Fund. Ted B. Osborn Senior Vice President, Strategy and Regulatory Affairs Nextlink Internet In addition to his work at Nextlink, Osborn serves as managing director at WISP Partners, consulting on strategy development, public/private financings, mergers and acquisitions, and exit planning for entrepreneurs. He is a subject matter expert on rural broadband for the Gerson Lehrman Group and serves the FCC on behalf of the Wireless Internet Service Provider Association (WISPA), where he is active with advocacy efforts for innovative spectrum policy and public subsidy initiatives. Osborn is a co-founder and former president of Mesa Networks, Inc., a rural, fixed wireless ISP created to provide broadband services to unserved residential and commercial markets. Mesa was ranked the seventh- largest fixed wireless service provider in the United States. Osborn's broad background in technology and internet communications began at IBM, where he guided clients on business process reengineering activities. Angelina Panettieri Principal Associate, Technology and Communications Federal Advocacy, National League of Cities The National League of Cities represents the nation's 19,000 cities, towns, and villages. Panettieri manages telecommunications and technology issues for the NLC on Capitol Hill and for the FCC and other federal agencies. Prior to serving in this role, she worked in grassroots advocacy and public affairs for a variety of Washington, D.C.– based associations.
