One area of focus for his teams is cybersecurity assessment for the telecommunications industry based on the NIST Cybersecurity Framework. Third-party assessments help organizations identify risks and build realistic remediation steps to mitigate those risks. Neaves has also performed hundreds of security assessments and penetration tests in support of the U.S. Department of State, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, Department of Commerce, state and local governments and numerous private corporations.
