She has proven, documented expertise in providing high-quality mental health services via long-distance technology, engaging rural communities to reduce mental health disparities and starting a successful, innovative training and supervision model for telepsychology. She systematically studies the mental health needs of clients of the TCC and the communities in which they reside, develops and refines intervention approaches, investigates the effectiveness of interventions and evaluates satisfaction with services. In both research and practice, she is well-versed in underserved populations, training and supervision, and telehealth. Ryan McCowan Fiber Access Product Manager ADTRAN A veteran telecom professional with more than 18 years in the industry, McCowan leads the team defining and driving ADTRAN's vision for the fiber-based access networks of today and tomorrow. He previously served in a range of product management capacities for ADTRAN's market-leading fiber and copper-based product lines. Prior to joining ADTRAN in 2010, he served in engineering and technology management roles with Paradyne and AMD. McCowan holds a master's degree from Georgia Tech and a bachelor's degree from Tennessee Tech, both in electrical and computer engineering. Carl Meyerhoefer Senior Director, Strategic and Solutions Marketing Calix Meyerhoefer has global responsibility for the marketing and positioning of Calix solutions into the fiber innovators segment, which includes municipalities, electric cooperatives and fiber overbuilders. He has worked in the telecommunications industry for more than 25 years with a focus on developing emerging/growth markets.
