His technical foundation includes experience with artificial neural networks, robotics, physics-based simulation, computer graphics, systems engineering and parallel computing architectures. Coco is a member of the National Apartment Association, National Suppliers Council and National Affordable Housing Management Association. Currently, he holds the designation of Certified Apartment Supplier with the NAA. He serves on several nonprofit boards, is past chairman of the board for Traverse City Light & Power, and is a commissioner with the Northwest Regional Airport. He is a past winner of the Traverse City Business News 40 Under 40 and holds a bachelor's in political science from Miami (Ohio) University. Peter Cohen Partner Engagement Manager Netflix For the last 20-plus years, Cohen has worked with ISPs around the world in various roles, including carriers, colocation and content. For the past seven years, he has focused on Canadian and U.S. network connectivity for Netflix, including peering and Netflix's Open Connect program, which places servers on ISP networks closer to consumers. He is an avid traveler, cook, golfer and tennis player and lives in the Washington, D.C., area with his wife and their two boys. James Cowan CEO and Founder Docity Health A Marine Corps and Operation Enduring Freedom veteran, Cowan has earned master's degrees in economics, international relations and business turnaround management. Prior to founding Docity, a telehealth company that bundles health care access onto existing internet bills in partnership with ISPs, municipalities and community broadband companies, he designed and operated smart home, energy efficiency, and on-demand repair programs for electric and gas utilities across the country.
