Bolles Co-Founder, eParachute Partner, Charrette LLC Bolles, a San Francisco–based consultant and entrepreneur focused on initiatives with impact, writes and lectures frequently on the future of work and learning. He is a member of the steering committee for the People-Centered Internet coalition, a collaboration with the U.S. State Department, the White House and the World Bank, co-founded by Vint Cerf, to help connect the next 1.5 billion people using a people-centered approach. Bolles was a founding member of the U.S. Broadband Coalition, an initiative to recommend a broadband strategy for the United States and the former co-producer of the MuniWireless conferences, focused on promoting community broadband. His recent writings are available at Lindsey Brannon Head of Finance Neighborly Brannon joined Neighborly in August 2017 and has more than ten years of banking and financial experience. During her six years at the J.P. Morgan Investment Bank, she worked in the Public Finance Department, covering affordable housing finance agencies and other municipal clients, and executed more than $6 billion in senior managed bond transactions. Her experience with municipalities includes Ammon, Idaho; CalHousing; the cities of Atlanta, Georgia; Cambridge and Somerville, Massachusetts; and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Brannon has worked in housing finance throughout the United States. She holds a BA in public policy studies from the University of Chicago and currently lives in New York City with her husband, Derek. Jasen Bronec CEO Delta-Montrose Electric Association (DMEA) Jasen Bronec, CEO of the DMEA, is also president of Elevate Fiber; both are located in Montrose, Colorado. Previously, he was general manager of Glacier Electric Cooperative in Cut Bank, Montana. He holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and business administration from Montana State University and is currently working on an MBA from the University of Montana. He has worked in the electrical cooperative field since 1998 and also has experience in gas and steam engineering and system design. Eric Brown President, California Telehealth Network; President, OCHIN Broadband Network Services (OBNS) Eric Brown was appointed president of the California Telehealth Network (CTN) in 2010 after a distinguished career building and running broadband telecommunications systems in urban and rural communities around the country. In May 2017, CTN became part of the OCHIN family of nonprofit companies, and Brown assumed his current position at OCHIN Broadband Network Services, one of the largest consortia of safety net clinics and hospitals in the nation participating in the FCC Healthcare Connect Fund broadband subsidy program. He has served on the board of the Universal Service Administrative Company and currently serves on the board of the Schools Health and Libraries Broadband Coalition.
